UK buyers beware!! YOU pay for returns to US.

My mistake really for not reading the returns policy on the website, always make sure you read the returns terms! I purchased a pair of high waist airlift leggings in limestone but realised they are not going to be sweat proof for working out in and for £130, I just didn't think they are worth it.
I also purchased two sportsbras in different sizes as was planning on sending one back but will likely just sell on ebay now.

I will avoid this brand in future, overpriced and rubbish customer care in terms of returns policy. Stick to lululemon it's a way better brand and international!

AWFUL QUALITY.
I paid a fortune for 2 sets and a hoodie. The material of the hoody went bobbly before I even washed it!!!! Now I’ve washed it once it’s unwearable. Just a big rip off due to influencers sharing the brand.

I was recommended by a friend to try alo yoga, so I went and ordered two pairs of pants, which came to a total of $400 AUD… with this order came a free tote bag that was -automatically- added to my cart. What they don’t tell you, is that this free tote is in fact, not free! Both pairs of pants were so unflattering (frumpy) and off with sizing that I needed to return them, but in an attempt to return them, I was quoted a significantly less amount for a refund than what I paid, and when I asked why, they first only replied and said it’s because I applied a 10% first purchase discount, which is fine because I did (not shown on the receipt). But I said the math did not match up as 10% was not even half the amount of what they were taking off. They then said it’s because it includes the -cost of the “FREE” tote-. ?!?!? Free ≠ cost. They are so disgustingly dishonest and their clothes are not nearly the quality you’d expect from such steep prices. No where did they list the conditions on receiving their FREE tote that -cannot be returned-. Once I pay the ridiculous return shipping fee, and the cost of their cheap tote, I’m barely getting anything back. Do NOT order from alo yoga, especially if you’re not from the US and unable to try on their clothes. The quality, customer service, and honesty, is the worst I’ve experienced. Stick to what you know. Believe these numerous 1 star reviews.

Last months I ordered many items from alo yoga, cause in the beginning I thought that the design is nice and material is fine.
Unfortunately, after few uses the material of the leggins became look like it 5 years of non stop use. They customer service said we try our products with yogis. What, yogis now experts in material quality. It's not ok that i pay 80-140 usd for pair of paints and receive 5 usd quality like aliexpress.
Also, in the past i get alo leggins that was completely seen through, but I gave Alo another chance and it was a huge mistake.
Also, the tshirt i get lately are so big you can swim in it. Extremely not correct size.
One top was dirty.
And the top of the same size is much smaller.
The sizing chart is not good at all.
And the customer service doesn't helpfull at all.
Actually, i'm going back to another much better brands that lasts long and costs less.
Thats all.

I got the 7/8s legging and matching sports bra in teal. I wore the leggings more times than the sports bra for about two months, and then I tried to wear them again, and they were two completely different colors. The leggings had faded to a pastel/faded blue. Was not expecting that.

Ordered the bike shorts, they were a beautiful colour so I was very excited. They had a SUPER weird fit. I’m a 12-14, ordered according to their size guide. Shorts fit well around the hips, but the leg openings were LOOSE. Like, I could fit 3 fingers in the gap between the hem and my leg. Never seen bike shorts fit like that (and I’m a very average shape, so that’s not it). Nowhere to leave a review on the site, I’m thinking they must cherry pick reviews to keep their high rating. Wish I’d googled other review sites before buying. Return costs for outside US make it not worth returning.

Quality is poor. Fit is poor. Sizing is off, M is too big, S is too small.
Beside all of this their service is really bad.
As an example, they send a code to use like 10% or 20% off, both times it would not work until you would contact their support, and both times they would say "so sorry, something is off" - which seems more like freud, because how many people would go to contact service just to place the order.
And considering how bad they re doing, they are 100% overpriced for the quality & service they offer

I was excited at first to get my first alo outfit but I have to say that the fabric quality only last for a couple of weeks.
Both leggings and bra have shown signs of wear and I don’t feel comfortable to use them anymore. Sometimes expensive is not a synonym of quality.

They don’t pay for return costs! Worst experience ever!
It costs £70 to ship 2 items from the UK to the US with DHL or FedEx
I just returned 2 items today with Royal Mail (£40) - crossing fingers

The quality has been good, the yoga leggings I just got on sale are super soft and detailed. Maybe some of their leggings are more hit or miss according to the reviews here. But I've personally have had nothing but a good experience! Looking forward to buying new pieces on sale.
